Sweet Pickle Ranch Dip

This dip features ranch seasoning and sweet pickles but the real secret is the brine from the pickle jar … Lets get the Party Started!!!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Sour Cream
  • ½ C Bread & Butter Pickles diced
  • ½ C Bread & Butter Pickle Juice strained from jar
  • 1 pkg. Ranch Dip Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 lb. each Baby Carrots, Broccoli Florets and Radishes
  • 1 large Cucumber sliced

Mix, Refrigerate

In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, pickles, juice, ranch seasoning and garlic. Refrigerate 30 minutes for dip to thicken and flavors to meld.

Serve

Assemble a tray of carrots, broccoli, radishes and cucumber — or any number of food items that work well with ranch dip.
