This dip features ranch seasoning and sweet pickles but the real secret is the brine from the pickle jar … Lets get the Party Started!!!
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
- ½ C Bread & Butter Pickles diced
- ½ C Bread & Butter Pickle Juice strained from jar
- 1 pkg. Ranch Dip Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 lb. each Baby Carrots, Broccoli Florets and Radishes
- 1 large Cucumber sliced
Mix, Refrigerate
In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, pickles, juice, ranch seasoning and garlic. Refrigerate 30 minutes for dip to thicken and flavors to meld.
Serve
Assemble a tray of carrots, broccoli, radishes and cucumber — or any number of food items that work well with ranch dip.
