A musician since age 9, journalist since age 20 and gourmet cook since age 26.
Those skill sets are on full display here at this site – Especially the videos, because they embody all three – Journalist, Cook and Musician! (I create the back ground music for the videos as well )
I grew up in Churubusco, Indiana – A small rural town with a population of around 2,000 people (1,796 according to 2010 Census) just north of Fort Wayne, Indiana. I graduated from Ball State University, with a double major in Journalism and History.
I spent the majority of my adult life working as a Graphics Editor and Designer in the business of Journalism. I have lived and worked in New York City, Myrtle Beach, Austin and Chicago.
I currently live in Churubusco, Indiana.
I play the drums and sing for recreation and in semi-professional groups. Have a meticulously curated vintage Kenner Star Wars collection (1977-85) and build most of my own furniture. (I’m a geek!)
I take pride in being as authentically me as I can and try to live impervious to the judgement or labeling that often impedes the happiness of human beings.
